- All Dialup service is billed by the quarter, semi-annually or yearly. There is no annual contract for Dialup service.
- Web hosting is billed by the quarter, semi-annually or yearly.
- Wireless is billed quarterly.
- At the end of the Wireless contract, Optic-Net will extend services on a month to month basis unless the customer requests the Wireless service be terminated. Cancellations my be submitted by mail to: Optic-Net P.O. Box 1199, Mount Vernon TX 75457, by phone call to the Optic-Net at: 903-537-2228 or email to optic@optic-net.com
- All Wireless access equipment provided by the Optic-Net to the customer must be returned to the Optic-Net when a Wireless contract is terminated. This equipment must be in working order. If the equipment is not returned the customer will be charged for the full value of the equipment. Any collection expenses will be billed to the customer.
